If you look at Steph's blog you'll know about last night's late night trip to waffle house.... we must have been there an extra 30 mins because of what I'm about to tell you. Most of the time, at a restaurant the waiter picks up you credit card and takes your alloted money for the meal. So thats what we did. But the lady never took it. 20 minutes later after slowing nudging the credit card closer and closer to the kitchen, I had an epiphany. You have to take it to the cash register. Why I had forgotten this after the million times I've been there I don't know. This resulted in me and Steph laughing hysterically because we were just that stupid, well mainly me (this was Steph's 2nd time at waffle house).
So I stumbled upon a new Sherlock Holmes mini-series which just made my everything Holmes addiction worse. But it has a great actor playing Holmes and its really great. One of the directors in Steven Moffet. He now does Doctor Who and did a mini-series called Jekyll. He's great actually. The tv show is called Sherlock and its based off the stories, but set in modern times. It's actually very true to the books but with a refreshing twist.
Heres Holmes and Watson played by Benedict Cumberbatch(real name) and Martin Freeman.
One day.... one day......
PS this is not just because Sherlock Holmes played the violin. I lovevthe sound and would love to learn the instrument...
New season of NCIS starting on Sept 22... CAN'T WAIT!
New season starts next spring... but there's a Christmas special to tie one over...

I feel sad because I can never keep up with tv series...I have no idea why.
