What Have I Learned So Far This Summer

Well, I haven't posted in a bit, and really only Steph is the one who reads this and really cares so it doesn't matter. However, I wish to write some more so here I go.

1. Sometimes not only Steph reads this blog.
2. Parents will always see you as their child and worry about you.
3. I'm glad I'm a U.S. citizen. Yeah, I am. The U.S.A. ain't perfect, but it sure is a heck of a lot better than some places.
4. We are living the good life.
5. I have overslept because I set the alarm for PM instead of AM.
6. Poison ivy will get ya. And get ya good.
7. I'm almost sure I want to be a Nurse Practioner. (You never know, I might change my mind.)
8. I think if I wouldn't go into something medical-like, I might enjoy something along the lines of a Detective/NCIS agent/CSI-ish person.
9. I really like puzzles, if only I had more.
10. Classic books and books written before all our silly main stream "best sellers" were good too. Sometimes better than some of that *Tootsie Fruitsie* stuff now-a-days.
11. You can't plan life as well as I thought ya could. Actually you can plan like a day a head or a weeks, but it's all subject to change. So much for control.
12. Life never turns out how ya planned it.
13. Craig Ferguson is probably one of the funniest people in the media, or in the world.
14. Robert Downey Jr is a great actor, wait we already knew that.
15. Drugs=bad. Even a little bit=bad.
16. Drinking will make you fat, for multiple reasons.
17. I'm an adult, but I'm not.
18. Cereal and milk is like the best thing since the creation of the sun.
19. The Avatar: The Last Airbender movie being a horrible recreation terribly saddens me.
20. Eating less results in weight loss.

So ya know Zuko from the Last Airbender was terribly angsty. However, if you think about it, his mother mysteriously disappeared, his father didn't actually care for him (Zuko kind of was just in the way), his sister was a  psycho who was the favorite of the remaining parent, his father scared him and banished him and sent him on a wild goose chase. Add all that to being a teenager and no wonder he was so angry!

Dogs are not the coolest animals. Okay?! They eat cat poop! I mean for real?
